Our annual Spaghetti Supper fundraiser is held in the Spring of each year, and it provides funds for troop operating expenses throughout the year. It also provides an opportunity for each Scout to earn money to be spent on Scout activities. One way for a Scout to obtain points towards their personal account is for their family to donate a homemade baked good for dessert. The Committee feels that if we leave our patrons with a good taste in their mouths, they will join us again next year.
We prefer that your donated dessert NOT need refrigeration. Dessert suggestions are cake, cupcakes, brownies, cobbler, pie, and coffee cake. Please bring your baked goods to the church on the Wednesday evening before the supper between 7 and 9 PM.
Don't forget, your son will earn 5 points for bringing in a baked dessert, and he can earn an additional 5 points for submitting another baked dessert. Fifteen points is the maximum a Scout can earn for this component of his point tally.
